We are committed to operating a financial advisory business that maintains the highest standards of integrity and business ethics as we build relationships with our clients.
We want Future Bright to be regarded as a place where the information, resources and services offered to our clients are reliable, fairly valued, and delivered to clients with their best interests in mind at all times.
Together, Ross Almlie, Randy Sidener, and Matthew Johnson have over 55 years of combined experience in the financial and investment advisory business. All three have built successful relationships with individual investors, small businesses, and large company retirement plans.
This is my 28th year in the financial services industry. For a guy who has been in the same industry for that long, you’d think I don’t have an entrepreneurial bone in my body. Quite the opposite is true. I’ve just chosen to innovate within the industry in which I operate. My wife sums it up best when telling others that “Ross is not happy unless he is working on something disruptive. But it’s usually a healthy disruption.” I’m thankful that she loves that side of me. The other side of me is best kept on the bench.
After 13 years as a mutual fund wholesaler I have bought into a financial advisory firm with 2 of my closest friends in this business. Future Bright specializes in building client accounts through mostly individual stocks and efts. We use today’s latest tools to help put our clients risk in line with the portfolio they hold. We recently launched a venture capital fund for both entrepreneurs and investors in our region (Northern Plains Fund).
Matt has 15 years of experience in the financial services industry. He holds an M.B.A. and Bachelor of Science degrees in Psychology and Political Science. Matt is also an active owner/operator at Pro Resources HR. Pro Resources is a local PEO with offices in Detroit Lakes and Fargo. Matt takes pride in volunteering time to non-profit organizations that benefit local children. In his spare time, Matt enjoys spending time with his family, traveling and being active outdoors.
